What is UV printing?
UV printing is a printing process which involves spraying ink onto a surface and hardening it with LED light. This leaves a raised texture on the figure, but it is well suited to printing small batches of figures.

What are the shipping and handling times?
Please allow up to 3 days to process your order. This includes preparing your order, packing, preparing shipping labels, and dropping your package off at the post office. Once with the post office expect between 5 to 10 business days until delivery, although it may come sooner or later than that time frame.

For international orders, shipping rates may vary. We currently use USPS First Class international for all international orders under 2lbs / 32 ounces. According to Stamps, First Class international packages can be expected in 7-21 business days. We are currently investigating other shipping methods.

What is our return or cancellation policy?
We do not offer returns, but we do offer refunds and replacements for missing or damaged items. Orders may be cancelled until label creation, as your order will be shipped the next morning.

Do we offer UV printing services?
Yes we do! Starting January 15th, 2025, we will be offering a limited number of UV print commissions each month. Please refer to our 'UV Printing' tab for more information.
